Careers

A team built around precision, for people who value getting it right

We are building a system that tells regulated firms what the law requires of them. Being fast is useful; being right is the job. If that trade-off appeals, we probably have something for you.

Open roles

8 positions across 5 teams

Nothing matching? Send us a speculative application — we read all of them and we hire ahead of posted roles when someone is clearly right.

How we work

What to expect

Genuinely flexible working

Remote-friendly with offices in four cities. Core collaboration hours, not core office hours.

Equity for everyone

Every permanent employee receives ESOPs, with a ten-year exercise window and transparent valuation.

Learning budget

₹1,50,000 per year plus study leave for professional qualifications — CS, CA, LLB, NEBOSH and similar.

Health and wellbeing

Family medical cover including parents, mental health support and an annual wellbeing allowance.

Parental leave

Twenty-six weeks fully paid for primary caregivers and twelve weeks for secondary, regardless of gender, from day one.

Meeting hygiene

No-meeting Wednesdays, written decision records, and a strong bias toward asynchronous work.

Hiring process

Four steps, about three weeks

  1. 1

    Intro conversation (30 min)

With someone from the hiring team, not a recruiter reading a script. We will tell you honestly whether the role matches what you are looking for.

  2. 2

    Craft interview (60–90 min)

A real problem from our domain. For analysts, decomposing an actual instrument. For engineers, working through a retrieval or parsing problem. No whiteboard algorithms.

  3. 3

    Team conversations (2 × 45 min)

People you would work with day to day, plus one person from a different function to talk about how we make decisions.

  4. 4

    Offer

Within two working days of the final conversation, with the band and equity explained in full rather than negotiated in the dark.

What we are honest about up front

  • The domain is dense. Regulatory text is genuinely hard to read and there is no shortcut past learning it. Most people need three months before they feel competent.
  • Correctness slows you down. Every obligation is reviewed before publication. That is not negotiable and it means shipping is deliberate rather than fast.
  • Customers are demanding, rightly. Our users are accountable to supervisors for what our system tells them. They hold us to that standard and we expect them to.
  • We are still small. Process is light, ambiguity is common, and you will own more than your title implies. Some people find that energising and some find it exhausting.
